At our Clinic we endeavour to maximize results whilst minimizing pain, downtime and side effects.
The treatment takes approximately two hours.
We are very aware of the potential discomfort and provide the patient with several modalities to minimize this: pain killers, light sedation, happy gas, numbing cream, relaxing music. I am always at the side of the patient to perform a nerve block or top up the anaesthesia, if necessary.
We give particular care to post-procedure recovery. Almost all our patients are, like us, working people and shortening the working and social downtime is vital.
In general we advise our patients that there will be about 6 days of social downtime, following which they can apply mineral make up and return to normal activity.
To accelerate the healing process we provide the patient with a home care kit which has pro-healing properties. It is our experience that oxygen and amino-acid infusion treatments make a significant positive difference and we offer this, as part of the treatment. It is vital that sun protection is religiously observed in the month after the procedure.We perform this treatment as such or in combination with Pearl laser
The Pearl Fusion treatment (Pearl and Pearl Fractional) enables us to diversify the treatment and treat selectively different areas of the face.
For instance we would treat damaged perioral and periorbital areas with Pearl Fractional , and the rest of the face with Pearl only.
